Job summary

Minth Group is seeking a SAP EWM & Warehouse Systems Specialist in Lewisburg, TN to support daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement across receiving, putaway, production material supply, and shipping.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Logistics, Quality, and IT teams, focusing on SAP EWM integration with MES, AS/RS, and AGVs while aiming to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing or supporting warehouse systems, SAP logistics modules, or related business applications in a manufacturing environment.
Understanding of core warehouse processes in components manufacturing.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to use business processes, system documents, and data to identify issues and coordinate resolution.
Strong communication and user support skills, with the ability to work effectively with warehouse operators, business owners, technical teams, and vendors.
Willingness to work directly on the warehouse floor, learn business processes, and document and apply lessons from previous issues.
Ability to communicate effectively in English during daily plant operations and clearly document issues and resolutions.

Responsibilities

Daily SAP EWM and warehouse application support.
Troubleshoot issues involving receiving, putaway, stock transfers, picking, packing, shipping, material delivery to production, and physical inventory.
Investigation of documents, inventory, and interface issues; resolve discrepancies and document root causes and corrective actions.
Maintain warehouse master data and configuration; ensure readiness for new materials, areas, and processes.
Collaborate with SAP MM, PP, QM, SD, MES, and integration teams for end-to-end processes.
Support integration with AS/RS, AGVs, barcode scanning, and labeling systems; work with automation teams to resolve issues.
Assist with physical inventory counts and variance analysis; define and validate reporting requirements.
Train warehouse users and maintain operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and a knowledge base; work with users on the warehouse floor.
