Job summary

Red Bull North America, Inc. is seeking an EWM Functional Analyst to support SAP EWM on S/4HANA for our new distribution center. You will drive process improvements, manage end-to-end data flows, and partner with global IT for reliable system performance.

The role emphasizes warehouse logistics, system integrations (ALE/IDocs), and production support. Strong SAP EWM experience and English fluency are required in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP EWM or combined SAP EWM & SAP WM
• SAP TM experience is beneficial
• Experience with RF based solutions (ITS Mobile), HU Management, Batch Management, PPF
• Sound debugging knowledge
• 5+ years of experience in a Functional IT role
• Demonstrate high level analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Work independently in an international environment
• Fluent in English; additional language skills an advantage

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT contact for warehouse and logistics system-related questions, issues, and support requests.
• Partner in delivering system enhancements, upgrades, and process improvements aligned with business and technology priorities.
• Provide expertise on inbound, outbound, and supporting warehouse processes within SAP EWM, including integrations with SAP TM and SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of end‑to‑end processes and data flows across connected systems.
• Collaborate with business partners and IT colleagues to design, implement, and continuously improve logistics processes within our distribution center.
• Support enhancement initiatives from discovery and requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and go‑live.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system functionality, data processing, and system integrations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to evolve warehouse solutions.
• Monitor and support production systems to ensure stable operations and a positive user experience.
• Develop and maintain system integrations and middleware connections between SAP systems and warehouse automation solutions.
