Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to four years in a warehouse or systems environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate physical inventories and act as liaison between warehouse and customers.
• Provide on-site training and facilitate problem solving for YNA facilities.
• Escalate shipment issues to internal contacts to ensure timely execution.
• Develop and promote process improvements and document work instructions.
• Analyze metrics and prepare reports to support operations.
