Minth-North-America is seeking an SAP EWM & Warehouse Systems Specialist in Lewisburg, TN to support daily warehouse operations and system integrations. The role focuses on troubleshooting, data accuracy, and process improvements across receiving, putaway, production material supply, and shipping.

The ideal candidate has SAP EWM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and willingness to work on the plant floor to drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience implementing or supporting warehouse systems or SAP logistics modules in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of core warehouse processes in components manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify issues and coordinate resolution.
• Strong communication and user support skills for cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to work directly on the warehouse floor and document lessons from issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English during plant operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily SAP EWM and warehouse applications support; troubleshoot receiving, putaway, stock transfers, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Investigate and resolve warehouse incidents, document root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain warehouse master data and configuration, ensure readiness for new materials and process changes.
• Collaborate with SAP MM/PP/QM/SD and MES teams to support end-to-end processes; verify data after resolution.
• Support integration with AS/RS, AGVs, barcode scanning, and labeling systems; coordinate with automation teams.
