Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the SAP EWM practice to lead large-scale transformation programs and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You will drive delivery excellence across complex engagements, shaping warehouse strategy, solution design, and end-to-end implementation.

Ideal candidates bring 9+ years in SAP consulting, strong leadership, and the ability to manage budgets and risk while travel up to 80% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 9 years’ relevant professional experience, including significant SAP consulting and delivery experience.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams, mentoring consultants, and driving successful project delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading business process design, solution architecture discussions, and technology transformation initiatives.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams.
• Advise executives on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformations.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation: design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support.
• Coach and develop consulting teams; foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to business development, including proposals, RFPs, and thought leadership.
