Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 9+ years of relevant professional experience including significant SAP consulting and delivery.
• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Strong communication, executive stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program and project management with adherence to engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams.
• Advise executives on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Guide end-to-end implementation activities from design to post-go-live support.
• Coach and mentor consulting teams to foster collaboration and improvement.
• Contribute to business development through pursuits and thought leadership.
