Job summary

EY is a leading firm seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP EWM transformation programs across clients. You will guide solution design, oversee implementation teams, and drive delivery excellence while expanding EY's relationship and services in warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation.

The role demands extensive SAP EWM experience, strong executive presence, and ability to mentor teams. Travel is substantial as client engagements demand onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically, 9+ years of relevant professional experience, including SAP consulting and delivery.
• At least 5 years hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Experience mentoring consultants and driving successful project delivery.
• Strong communication and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and complex workstreams.
• Serve as trusted advisor to executives on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain transformation.
• Manage engagement delivery including planning, resource allocation, budgets, risk, and quality.
• Facilitate executive discussions, design workshops, and business process transformations.
• Define SAP EWM strategy, architecture, and roadmap to support client goals.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation: design, config, integration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support.
• Review and guide design of custom RICEF objects and specs.
• Coach and develop consulting teams and foster collaboration.
• Support business development activities, proposals, and thought leadership.
