Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the SAP practice to lead large SAP EWM transformation programs and serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders. You will shape warehouse strategy, oversee design, and drive delivery excellence across complex engagements.

You will mentor teams, foster collaboration, and pursue opportunities to expand EY's SAP supply chain services. Travel is common on projects with major clients across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; typically 9+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience.
• At least 5 years hands-on SAP EWM implementation and transformation experience.
• Experience leading large SAP programs, major workstreams, or multiple concurrent engagements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service, and executive stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program and project management; ensure engagement economics and quality.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Guide end-to-end SAP EWM transformation programs and large workstreams.
• Collaborate with executives on warehouse management, logistics, and supply chain strategy.
