Job summary

C5MI, a leading SAP and supply chain consultant firm in the United States, seeks a Senior EWM Support Consultant to lead hypercare and sustainment after SAP EWM go-live, working with client leadership and cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior consultants, drive continuous improvement, manage tickets, and design enhancements while ensuring system stability and security. Travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Logistics and 5–7 years SAP EWM configuration and troubleshooting, or 7–10 years without degree.
• SAP EWM certification required; if not certified, must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Deep knowledge of SAP logistics modules and the SDLC.
• Proven ability to train and mentor team members and client users.
• Clear, professional communication; strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hypercare initiatives in the initial weeks following SAP EWM implementations.
• Own the EWM support workstream for assigned clients, including ticket prioritization and SLA reporting.
• Escalation point for complex, high-impact issues; perform root cause analysis for critical incidents.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to EWM Support Consultants I–III.
• Design and oversee configuration of enhancements and permanent fixes; collaborate with development teams.
• Track system performance and drive improvements to increase stability.
• Educate users on EWM workflows; conduct training sessions for end users and client personnel.
• Travel up to 25–50% to client sites for go-live and hypercare support.
• Adhere to quality and information security policies and participate in QA activities.
