Job summary

C5MI Insights LLC is seeking a Senior EWM Support Consultant in the United States. You will act as the subject matter expert for SAP EWM post-go-live support, lead hypercare, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with client leadership to optimize system performance.

You will travel 25–50% to client sites for go-live and hypercare support, ensuring training and adherence to security policies. A government clearance is required; salary ranges from $140,000 to $160,000 per year.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 5–7 years of hands-on SAP EWM configuration and troubleshooting, or 7–10 years without a bachelor’s degree.
SAP EWM certification required; if not certified, must obtain within 6 months of hire.
Deep knowledge of SAP logistics modules and the SDLC.

Responsibilities

Lead hypercare initiatives in the initial weeks after SAP EWM implementations.
Own the EWM support workstream for assigned clients, including ticket prioritization and SLAs.
Serve as escalation point for complex, high-impact issues and lead root cause analyses.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to EWM Support Consultants.
Design and oversee configuration of enhancements and permanent fixes; collaborate with development teams on custom solutions.
Track system performance to identify bottlenecks and drive improvements for stability.
Educate team and client personnel on EWM workflows and best practices; conduct training sessions.
