Job summary

C5MI Insights LLC. is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Support Consultant III to handle moderately complex issues and drive fixes from diagnosis to deployment.

You will mentor junior consultants, collaborate with clients and project teams, and ensure warehouse operations stay stable and efficient. The role requires SAP EWM configuration expertise, strong SDLC understanding, and the ability to travel 25–50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience with SAP EWM configuration and troubleshooting; OR 5–7 years without a bachelor’s degree.
• SAP EWM certification; if not certified, obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide hypercare support and resolve complex live SAP EWM issues.
• Own high-priority tickets from diagnosis to deployment.
• Perform root cause analysis across EWM configurations and interfaces; coordinate fixes with development teams.
• Configure EWM solutions and design fixes and minor enhancements; draft functional specs.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend system/process improvements to reduce ticket volume.
• Lead testing of fixes and enhancements, including regressions, with business users.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and PMs to maintain system performance.
• Mentor junior consultants and review resolutions and documentation.
