C5MI Insights LLC. is seeking an EWM Support Consultant III to handle moderately complex SAP EWM issues, own deliverables, and mentor junior consultants. The role involves in-depth analysis, configuration, and collaboration with stakeholders to maintain efficient warehouse operations.

The position requires 3–5 years of SAP EWM experience and certification, with up to 50% travel to client sites for go-live and hypercare support. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with SAP EWM experience.
• SAP EWM certification required; if not held, must obtain within 6 months.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM, SDLC, and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide hypercare support and resolve live system issues post go-live.
• Own and manage moderately complex/high-priority tickets end-to-end.
• Perform in-depth root-cause analysis across EWM configurations and interfaces.
• Configure EWM solutions and draft fixes/minor enhancements.
• Lead testing of fixes and validate results with users.
• Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge.
