C5MI is a high-performance SAP and supply chain consulting firm. We seek an experienced EWM Support Consultant III to handle moderately complex SAP EWM issues, own deliverables, perform deep root-cause analysis, configure fixes, and mentor junior consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Logistics, Transportation, SCM or related field with 3–5 years of SAP EWM configuration & troubleshooting, or 5–7 years without degree.
• Background or education in logistics, distribution, MIS, IT, or related field.
• SAP EWM certification required; if not certified, must obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong understanding of SAP EWM and the SDLC.
• Experience owning deliverables and solving moderately complex problems.
• Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tickets and urgent issues.
• Clear, professional communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
• Self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain active government clearance (U.S. citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Performs hypercare support and resolves complex live system issues in the initial weeks after SAP EWM implementations.
• Owns resolution of moderately complex/high-priority tickets from diagnosis through deployment.
• Performs in-depth root cause analysis across EWM configuration, master data, interfaces, and custom objects; coordinates fixes with development teams.
• Configures EWM solutions and designs fixes and minor enhancements, including functional specs for dev teams.
• Identifies recurring issues and recommends process or system improvements to reduce ticket volume.
• Tracks system performance to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Leads testing of fixes, patches, and enhancements, including regression testing with business users.
• Collaborates with clients, stakeholders, development teams, and project managers to maintain system performance.
• Mentors EWM Support Consultants I and II and reviews resolutions and documentation.
• Documents support processes, configurations, troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Applies software updates and security patches to ensure system integrity.
• Travels up to 25-50% to client sites for onsite go-live and hypercare support.
• Adheres to certified processes; participates in QA activities and information security compliance.
• Performs other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
