Job summary

C5MI Insights LLC. is seeking a Program Director to lead a large-scale SAP S/4HANA financial management modernization program for a Department of War (DoW) client.

The role requires ownership of program budget, margin, and schedule across multiple process areas, with responsibility for executive-level relationship management and governance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; years of experience specified in minimum qualifications.
• PMP certification or equivalent program management certification required.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one prior to assignment.

Responsibilities

• Owns overall program profit and loss, including revenue recognition, margin performance, cost controls, and variance management.
• Establishes the program operating model, governance cadence, and organizational design; approves headcount and major investments.
• Directs delivery of firm-fixed-price, outcome-based milestones across nine financial process areas with verifiable acceptance criteria.
• Serves as the executive interface to government program offices and senior leadership; maintains client relationships at the executive level.
• Leads the integrated program team across architecture, functional delivery, development, data migration, change management, and training leadership.
• Governs teaming partner and subcontractor performance and adherence to contracts.
