CSCI Consulting, Inc. is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Defense & Security Functional Lead/SME to guide a large transformation for a Department of War client. The role requires leading Fit-to-Standard sessions, designing future-state SAP S/4HANA processes, and coordinating across architecture, development, and cybersecurity teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 10+ years of SAP ERP functional consulting experience
• 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience
• Experience serving as an SAP Functional Lead, Senior Functional Consultant, or SME
• Experience supporting at least one large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation or ERP modernization initiative
• Experience leading SAP Fit-to-Standard workshops and business process transformation efforts
• Experience translating complex business requirements into SAP functional solutions
• Strong understanding of SAP end-to-end business processes and cross-module integration
• Experience supporting RICEFW/WRICEF requirements and functional design activities
• Experience supporting data migration, conversion, and integration activities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance; U.S. Citizenship may be required

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP Defense & Security Functional Lead and trusted advisor to client stakeholders and teams
• Lead SAP Fit-to-Standard workshops and facilitate business process transformation
• Analyze current-state processes and design future-state SAP S/4HANA solutions
• Perform fit/gap assessments and recommend standard capabilities
• Translate requirements into functional designs, configurations, and roadmaps
• Provide leadership across configuration, testing, deployment, and sustainment
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, developers, and cybersecurity teams
• Support data migration, conversion, validation, and reconciliation
• Lead SIT, UAT, and defect resolution efforts
• Guide SAP S/4HANA implementation methodologies and release management
• Support Agile delivery activities and sprint ceremonies
• Mentor junior consultants and project team members
