Job summary
Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies seeks a Senior Applications Manager to lead the Applications Group within Digital Transformation. You will direct ERP-related projects, manage the portfolio, and drive digital transformation across the SAP ERP landscape, ensuring solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 12+ years of IT experience with leadership roles.
- Experience with SAP ERP platforms (S/4HANA preferred) and integrations.
- Experience in regulated environments (GxP) and reporting.
- Strong stakeholder communication and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead an Applications Group within Digital Transformation (DX).
- Oversee ERP applications portfolio and updates.
- Drive digital transformation on the ERP platform.
- Review designs, integrations and technical solutions.
- Ensure projects delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Promote Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Maintain high client service quality.
