Accenture is seeking a Sr SAP Payroll Transformation Consultant to lead large, complex SAP Payroll and Employee Central Payroll initiatives for clients across multiple industries. You will guide transformation programs, manage workstreams, and ensure successful delivery of solutions that meet business requirements.

You’ll travel regularly to client sites and collaborate with sponsors, teams, and stakeholders to maximize value.

Formación

• 8+ years experience with Employee Central Payroll.
• 4+ years SAP transformation/consulting experience (or 8 years equivalent).
• 2+ years as a Project/Workstream Lead on large SAP projects.

Responsabilidades

• Manage delivery of large, complex technology projects with scope and risk management.
• Kick-start transformation programs, domain- or platform-led.
• Show clients how SAP can solve business problems.
• Collaborate across teams and lead workstreams or projects.
• Drive profitability by ensuring service quality and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate between technical, reports, conversion and change management workstreams.
