Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking a skilled SAP/BI reporting specialist to gather and translate payroll and HR requirements into robust SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions. You will design ABAP reports and BW queries, build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, and ensure data quality across the payroll reporting lifecycle.

In a Scrum/Agile environment, you will collaborate with stakeholders to implement scalable reporting, promote data validation, and support large transformation

Qualifications

• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting payroll reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and reporting requirements for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Design, test, and deploy SAP ABAP reports, SAP BW queries, and data visualizations using Power BI and/or Tableau
• Ensure data validation, accuracy, and quality assurance across payroll and HR reporting solutions
• Support end-to-end reporting lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Collaborate with Scrum/Agile teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Work with stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into technical reporting solutions
• Support large-scale transformation programs, ensuring reporting alignment with evolving business processes
• Leverage robotic process automation (RPA) or AI-driven data validation tools to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy
• Maintain clear documentation for requirements, designs, testing, and deployment activities
