Zusammenfassung

SGS Consulting in the United States is seeking an experienced SAP ABAP/SuccessFactors Integrations Developer to design, build, and maintain payroll and finance data integrations. You will translate functional specs into scalable interfaces and participate in agile ceremonies.

Responsibilities include enhancing existing integrations, updating documentation, and driving process automation while collaborating with analysts, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure quality data and reliable systems.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelors degree required.
• Hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll integrations.
• Understanding of EC/ECP data flows and data structures.
• Experience building payroll and finance integrations.
• Familiarity with change-control and release management processes.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and/or SAP ABAP certification.
• Familiarity with APIs, middleware, SQL, Power Query, or Python (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Develop and enhance SAP ABAP integrations based on functional specifications and business requirements.
• Modify existing integrations based on feedback, defects, and changing business needs.
• Maintain and update technical and integration documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll integration defects, collaborating with business analysts, vendors, and functional stakeholders.
• Follow established change-control procedures for all integration updates and enhancements.
• Provide clear, business-focused status updates to the Integrations Manager and project leadership.
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate processes, improve code efficiency, and enhance data quality.
• Participate in Scrum/Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and backlog refinement (as applicable).
