Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks a Reporting Specialist to gather and document requirements for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, and to design ABAP reports and BW queries. You will create dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, ensure data quality, and support end-to-end reporting through design, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll data structures and data flows.
• Proficiency in ABAP reporting and SAP BW queries.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations with Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Knowledge of data validation, data quality, and reconciliation processes.
• Experience in Scrum/Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with RPA and AI-based data validation tools.
• Understanding payroll and HR regulatory/compliance requirements.
• SAP SuccessFactors ECP and/or SAP ABAP certification preferred.

Responsibilities
