Job summary

Accenture Federal Services seeks an SAP Data Migration Lead – SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll to drive end-to-end data migration for a complex EC Payroll modernization program, focusing on data quality, strategy and cutover across multiple workstreams.

You will design conversion rules, map source to target data, specify ETL approaches and tooling (LSMW, LTMC/LTMOM, BODS), and coordinate with SAP Functional Consultants, data owners and developers to ensure alignment and on-time go-live.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience.
• 2+ years of SAP data conversion across ECC/IBP/SRM environments.
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools (LSMW, LTMC/LTMOM, BODS).
• Data profiling, cleansing and reconciliation in SAP conversion projects.
• Strong Excel/data analysis skills for large-scale mapping.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data migration for EC Payroll modernization across multiple workstreams.
• Define data conversion rules, mapping logic, and business rules for employee master data and payroll infotypes.
• Design source-to-target mapping and ETL approach; document specifications with traceability.
• Lead mock conversion cycles, reconciliation, and exception management with teams.
• Develop cutover plan, downtime windows, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Coordinate with SAP Functional Consultants, developers, and data owners.
