Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP EAM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of large-scale Asset Management transformations leveraging SAP S/4HANA. The role serves as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders, shaping strategy, architecture, and implementation of SAP EAM solutions.

You will lead end-to-end SAP EAM solutions, drive workshops with executives, and guide integration, data models, and security.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance and EAM experience.
• 5+ years leading SAP EAM solution architecture and transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in SAP EAM business processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM architecture, simplification items, and key innovations.
• Experience with SAP integration patterns across SAP and third-party platforms.
• Experience with SAP Asset Manager, SAP Fiori, and SAP BTP.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP EAM solution strategy, roadmap development, and architecture design for complex transformations.
• Serve as the functional and solution architecture lead for SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations and upgrades.
• Facilitate executive workshops to define future-state asset management processes and technology strategies.
• Architect end-to-end SAP EAM solutions and drive adoption of SAP Best Practices.
• Provide leadership across project lifecycle activities including assessment, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
