Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the SAP Core Supply Chain practice to lead large-scale transformation programs across Asset Management and maintenance operations using S/4HANA. The role collaborates with business and technical leaders to shape roadmaps and oversee delivery of integrated asset management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience.
• 10+ years in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM) and Asset Management.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and S/4HANA initiatives.
• Executive-level communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Asset Management and Plant Maintenance transformation programs from strategy through deployment.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client executives on maintenance, reliability, and asset management operating models.
• Oversee engagement delivery, financial performance, and risk across complex programs.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across SAP Asset Management, Supply Chain, Finance, and Manufacturing.
• Drive solution design decisions balancing business requirements with best practices.
