Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP EAM Solution Architect to lead design and delivery of enterprise-scale Asset Management transformations using SAP S/4HANA. You will steer architecture, strategy, and implementation to improve asset reliability, maintenance execution, and regulatory compliance across asset-intensive industries.

Qualifications

10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance and EAM experience.
5+ years leading SAP EAM solution architecture and transformation programs.
Deep expertise in SAP EAM processes and S/4HANA architecture.
Experience with integration across SAP and third-party platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP EAM solution strategy, roadmap development, and architecture design for complex transformations.
Serve as architecture lead for SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations and upgrades.
Facilitate executive workshops to define future-state asset management processes and strategies.
Architect end-to-end SAP EAM solutions and govern integration patterns.
