Job summary

RED Global is seeking a senior SAP programme leader to guide large SAP S/4HANA and ERP initiatives. The role demands extensive SAP EAM/Asset Management experience and a track record of senior leadership within regulated manufacturing environments.

You will lead end-to-end SAP EAM S4 programmes, partner with cross-functional teams, perform fit-gap analytics in early stages, and drive change management to ensure successful delivery. Pharma/biopharma/CDMO experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 15+ years SAP/ERP programme experience including senior leadership responsibility for SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• 8+ years SAP EAM/Asset Management experience.
• Experience leading SAP EAM programmes within regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/biopharma/CDMO or similar).
• End-to-end responsibility for SAP EAM S4 programmes.
• Change management experience and ability to drive adoption in early-stage projects.
