Job summary

Techsara Solutions seeks an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformations across consumer products, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and scientific organizations. Location includes Piscataway, NJ and Manhattan, NY, with hybrid work expectations.

The role drives end-to-end delivery, budget governance, and cross-functional collaboration with executives and system integrators, ensuring compliance with FDA, GMP, SOX, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP implementation and delivery management experience.
• 7+ years leading enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience in consumer healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, or scientific industries.
• Strong knowledge of regulated manufacturing, quality systems, supply chain, and compliance.
• Experience managing global delivery teams and multi-million-dollar SAP programs.
• PMP, SAP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, S/4HANA transformation, migration, and support programs.
• Manage multiple SAP workstreams, budgets, schedules, risks, and resources.
• Partner with business executives, IT leadership, and system integrators to deliver strategic SAP initiatives.
• Drive Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies while ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
• Oversee SAP modules such as Finance (FI/CO), Supply Chain (MM, SD, PP), Manufacturing, QM, EWM, IBP, and GRC.
• Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, governance meetings, and executive status reporting.
• Mentor project managers, solution architects, and delivery teams while promoting continuous improvement.
• Support organizational change management, training, testing, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization.
