Milestone Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Program Manager for a 12-month W2 project with a pharmaceutical client.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP supply chain modules including Production Planning, Warehouse Management, and Quality Management.
• Understanding of financial integration with Controlling and Product Costing.
• Experience in testing governance, validation activities, and business readiness.

• Lead the Supply Chain Physical and Financial Flows workstream for the SAP S/4HANA migration program.
• Manage and maintain detailed workstream plans, milestones, risks, and deliverables across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to align across all program phases.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making related to design, integration points, and deployment readiness.
• Support migration and transformation of core SAP business processes and ensure alignment between ECC and S/4HANA capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops to validate process design, identify gaps, and support harmonization efforts.
• Ensure end-to-end integrity between physical inventory transactions and financial accounting impacts.
• Provide executive-level reporting and status communications.

12-months + project for one of our pharmaceutical clients. Pharma/Medical Devices/Life Sciences/Biotech/GxP is required.

SAP S4/HANA is required.

This role is supporting EST time zone and will involve potential quarterly travel (3 - 4 day paid by client).

The role pays $80 an hour w2.

We are looking for a Program Manager who can lead the Physical/Financials flow.

Milestone is seeking an experienced Senior SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Program Manager to lead and coordinate the physical and financial supply chain workstreams supporting a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation. This role will serve as the primary liaison across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Technology, and the System Integrator to ensure successful design, testing, validation, and deployment of end-to-end business processes.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain processes, ERP transformations, and program delivery, with a strong understanding of how material movements and logistics transactions integrate with financial accounting, inventory valuation, product costing, and reporting processes within S/4HANA.

This position requires an individual capable of connecting business requirements, system functionality, testing activities, master data readiness, and deployment planning to ensure successful migration and operational continuity during the transition from ECC to S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Supply Chain Physical and Financial Flows workstream for the SAP S/4HANA migration program.
• Manage and maintain detailed workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to ensure alignment across all phases of the program lifecycle.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making processes related to supply chain process design, integration points, and deployment readiness.
• Support the migration and transformation of core SAP business processes
• Ensure business process alignment between ECC legacy functionality and future-state S/4HANA capabilities.
• Facilitate workshops to validate process design, identify gaps, and support process harmonization efforts.
• Ensure end-to-end integrity between physical inventory transactions and financial accounting impacts.
• Monitor critical dependencies between operational and financial workstreams throughout testing and deployment activities.
• Oversee supply chain test preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
• Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Business Validation activities.
• Ensure end-to-end process scenarios are executed and validated across both physical and financial transaction flows.
• Partner with business process owners to ensure testing completeness, readiness, and signoff.
• Collaborate with cutover teams to develop and execute supply chain deployment plans.
• Support inventory conversion, reconciliation, and go-live readiness activities.
• Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and process gaps that may impact program timelines or business continuity.
• Develop mitigation plans and escalates risks appropriately.
• Provide executive-level reporting and status communications.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, steering committee updates, and readiness reviews.

Preferred Qualifications

• 12+ years of program or project management experience supporting large-scale SAP implementations or ERP transformations.
• Multiple SAP implementation lifecycle experiences with at least one SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP supply chain modules including:
• PP (Production Planning)
• WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)
• QM (Quality Management)
• Understanding of financial integration with:
• CO (Controlling)
• Product Costing
• Experience managing end-to-end physical and financial process flows within manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industries.
• Expertise in testing governance, validation activities, and business readiness practices.
