Job summary

Syner-G seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead SAP initiatives within a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will drive cross-functional programs, manage delivery teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful SAP implementations supporting enterprise operations.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in program management and SAP deliveries in pharma, biotech, or life sciences, with extensive experience in GMP and FDA-regulated settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years in Pharma/Biopharma/Medical Device/Biotechnology with 5+ years leading large SAP programs or ERP implementations.
• Experience in cGMP and FDA-regulated environments with validation/compliance implications for SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP programs from planning through deployment and stabilization.
• Establish governance, plans, budgets, timelines, and reporting processes.
• Manage multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams for delivery.
