Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced SAP EAM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Asset Management transformations leveraging SAP S/4HANA. The role acts as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders, guiding strategy, architecture, and implementation of SAP EAM to improve asset reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Qualifications

10+ years of SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience.
5+ years leading SAP EAM solution architecture and transformation programs.
Deep expertise in SAP EAM business processes.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA EAM architecture, simplification items, and key innovations.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP EAM solution strategy, roadmap development, and architecture design for complex business transformations.
Serve as the functional and solution architecture lead for SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Facilitate executive and business stakeholder workshops to define future-state asset management processes and technology strategies.
Architect end-to-end SAP EAM solutions and drive adoption of SAP Best Practices and S/4HANA EAM innovations.
Provide leadership across project lifecycle activities including assessment, solution design, configuration guidance, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
