Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in the Technology practice to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical specs, design architecture solutions, and drive delivery through cross-functional teams.

Travel up to 40-60% may be required depending on engagements. You will work with stakeholders to optimize manufacturing operations, SAP PP configurations, and integration with MES/EWM/QM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years SAP Production Planning (PP) within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects or work streams, onshore and offshore.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management, ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams focusing on DMC.
• Demonstrate deep DMC capabilities and maintain business acumen.
