EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) initiatives, translating business requirements into technical specifications and delivering effective system architecture solutions. You will manage complex SAP engagements, guide cross-functional teams, and drive program delivery with a focus on DMC.

A hybrid work model and travel 40–60% are expected in this global, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams with onshore/offshore teams.
• Proficient in supply chain best practices for DMC and related benchmarking.
• Travel willingness 40–60% and ability to research client inquiries.

Responsabilités

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily, focusing on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics for DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements with a focus on DMC and alignment to client objectives.
• Demonstrate deep DMC capabilities and stay current on industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Lead and coach diverse teams in an innovative, inclusive environment.
