Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in the Technology practice to drive SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) initiatives and SAP PP implementations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with technical teams to design effective system architectures.

You will lead client engagements, manage budgets, and guide on technical design, testing, and delivery. Travel is estimated at 40-60% as projects demand across client sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) within DMC.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and DMC capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships for DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements involving DMC.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities within DMC and stay updated on industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes.
• Foster collaboration with client personnel and build trusted relationships.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams with constructive feedback and coaching.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities in the DMC space.
