Job summary

Groundswell, a premier technology integrator, seeks a Senior SAP Leader with 15+ years of SAP development and leadership experience to guide architecture and delivery across SAP modules (EWM, FI, TM, MM) and to drive Agile/DevOps practices. You will mentor teams and ensure robust, scalable solutions for federal clients.

The role requires US citizenship and an active secret clearance or clearable status, plus travel to customer sites.

Qualifications

U.S. citizen with active secret clearance or clearable.
15+ years SAP development and leadership.
7+ years direct SAP project experience across modules.
Minimum 2 full SAP lifecycle implementations.
3+ years Agile development experience.
DoW experience (AESIP, LMP, GCSS, GFEBs, etc.) desired.
Willing to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

Establish development standards and enforce SDLC best practices through code reviews.
Review technical designs and recommend performance improvements.
Oversee SAP development lifecycle from design to deployment.
Provide technical direction and mentoring for SAP teams.
Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliable software solutions.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to craft scalable architectures.
Lead agile and DevOps-driven process improvements.
Prepare project plans, risk mitigation and progress reports.
