Job summary

Groundswell, a premier technology integrator serving federal agencies, seeks a senior SAP developer and technical lead for driving architecture, SDLC governance, and agile DevOps within complex ERP environments.

You will mentor SAP teams, ensure high performance of EWM, FI, TM, and MM modules, and collaborate with solution architects to deliver scalable, secure solutions across DoD and government programs, with travel to customer sites as required.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizen with active security clearance or clearable
• 15+ years SAP application development with progression to leadership
• 7+ years hands-on SAP project experience (modules include EWM, FI, TM, MM)
• Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle development implementations
• 3+ years Agile development process
• Travel to customer locations as required

Responsibilities

• Establish development standards and SDLC best practices with code reviews
• Review designs and improve performance and sustainability
• Oversee design, development, integration, testing, implementation, and maintenance of SAP solutions
• Provide technical direction to SAP developers, including mentoring and performance evaluation
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and reliability of software solutions
• Collaborate with Solution Architects to develop scalable technical architecture
• Lead continuous improvement with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Participate in customer collaboration aligned with product objectives
• Analyze errors, extend or modify existing designs, and contribute to new systems
• Provide technical oversight to accomplish work and manage project progress
• Prepare progress reports for leadership and customers
• Mitigate risks and coordinate with customers on project status
• Develop basis of estimates and project schedules for multiple solutions
• Author white papers and root cause analysis docs
• Foster team learning and development
• Mentor team members and support management duties
