Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a senior SAP lead with extensive hands-on development and leadership experience to guide multi-module SAP projects. You will set development standards, mentor teams, and drive architecture and performance improvements across SAP solutions.

Responsibilities include overseeing design, development, integration, testing, and deployment, while promoting agile practices and DevOps across projects. A DoW-related experience is preferred; travel to customer sites may be required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in SAP application development and demonstrated progression from developer to leadership roles.
• 7+ years direct hands-on experience within SAP projects (modules include EWM, FI, TM, MM).
• Minimum 2 full SAP Life Cycle development implementations.
• 3+ years Agile development process.

Responsibilities

• Establish development standards and best practices for the Software Development Life Cycle; ensure adherence through code reviews.
• Review and guide technical designs; recommend improvements for performance and sustainability.
• Oversee SAP solution design, development, integration, testing, implementation and maintenance.
