Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience developing SAP applications using S/4HANA ABAP (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
• Minimum 3 years experience with SAP BTP tools and services (latest stack).
• Minimum 3 years experience with CDS AMDP OData or related development.
• Minimum 3 years SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core and RAP.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs).
• Experience in Chemicals & Natural Resources industry or consulting advisory helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test SAP custom development on S/4HANA and BTP.
• Drive transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core and guide API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews and architecture sign-offs.
• Mentor global delivery teams; travel may be required (0–100%).
• Leverage Generative AI Hub/Joule Studio to infuse SAP AI capabilities where applicable.
