Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior SAP/ABAP architect to lead design, build, and modernization across S/4HANA and BTP. You will guide transitions to Clean Core, perform architecture sign-offs, and mentor global delivery teams while collaborating with senior client stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in SAP ABAP development, 3+ years with BTP tools, and strong leadership capabilities. Travel may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
• 5+ years experience developing SAP applications using S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
• 3+ years experience with SAP BTP tools and services.
• 3+ years experience with CDS views, AMDP, OData or related development.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development on S/4HANA and BTP.
• Drive transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core and API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews and architecture sign-offs.
• Mentor global delivery teams and collaborate across geographies.
• Utilize Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to apply SAP Business AI where applicable.
