Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice seeks a transformation-focused SAP developer with strong ABAP Cloud, S/4HANA, and BTP experience to lead design and delivery of complex extensibility projects.

You will guide modernization from classic ABAP to Clean Core, oversee architecture, and mentor global delivery teams while collaborating with senior client stakeholders. Travel may be required, and a bachelor’s degree is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP development experience with S/4HANA ABAP (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
• 3+ years with SAP BTP tools & services (latest Application Development and Automation stack).
• 3+ years data modeling with CDS views, AMDP, or OData.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility on S/4HANA and BTP using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori.
• Drive migration from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct reviews and architecture sign-offs.
• Mentor global delivery teams; travel may be required (0–100%).
