Job summary

Accenture is seeking a SAP technical leader to design, build and test custom SAP development on S/4HANA and BTP. You will guide modernization from classic ABAP to Clean Core, mentor delivery teams, and collaborate with global clients.

Required are 5+ years in SAP ABAP, 3+ years with BTP, CDS/AMDP/OData modeling, and leadership experience. Prior consulting experience and a related certification are a plus. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).
• 5+ years SAP ABAP development experience on S/4HANA.
• 3+ years experience with SAP BTP tools and services.
• 3+ years data modeling with CDS/AMDP/OData.
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in Chemicals & Natural Resources industry.
• Experience in Consulting/Advisory role.
• Bonus points: SAP certification ABAP Cloud / BTP / Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development on S/4HANA and BTP.
• Guide transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews and architecture sign-offs.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse SAP Business AI.
• Mentor global delivery teams; communicate across geographies; travel as required.
