Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead/Senior Manager to drive large SAP implementations from planning through successful delivery. You will build trusted client relationships, align business and technology, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value with accountability and proactive risk management.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and leverage Agile and Waterfall methods while traveling 40-60% to meet client needs across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year); master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools and finance control.
• Familiarity with SDLC, vendor management, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and objective achievement.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics.
