Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager - Delivery Lead to oversee large SAP implementations nationwide. You will build trusted relationships with senior client leadership and drive day-to-day delivery across cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

You will guide program and project management, develop resource plans and budgets, and ensure quality and risk controls throughout the lifecycle. Travel 40-60% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP module experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools.
