Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations. You will build trusted relationships with senior client leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions. You will lead senior managers and ensure effective delivery across complex programs.

You will manage engagement economics, develop resource plans and budgets, and navigate hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies. Travel is 40–60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year); master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools; understanding of project/value/finance/quality management.
• Familiarity with the system development life cycle, contract/vendor management, and resource management within projects.
• Understanding of the technology landscape.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
