Job summary

You will guide cross-functional teams, ensure quality and risk management, and shape project execution across multiple SAP modules.

This role offers a hybrid work model with frequent collaboration in person, extensive travel (40-60%), and opportunities to advance leadership within EY’s SAP and technology practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP experience and leading large deployments.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong project and portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Own program/project management and ensure objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets and manage engagement economics.
