Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to orchestrate large SAP implementations across industries, building trusted relationships with senior client leadership and aligning business objectives with technology solutions.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage programs and budgets, and develop resource plans while guiding cross-functional teams through Agile and Waterfall methodologies in a hybrid work environment. 40-60% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year); master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, with one or more SAP Modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program and project management, ensuring objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets, managing engagement economics.
