Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager - Delivery Lead to drive large SAP implementations from planning to delivery. You will build trusted relationships with senior client leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions.

You will oversee engagement delivery, governance, and risk management, while promoting accountability and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle. Strong leadership in hybrid/waterfall delivery is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP Modules.
• Typically 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across consumer, manufacturing, tech or industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and meeting objectives.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements; manage engagement economics.
