Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery Lead to oversee large SAP implementations and drive successful client outcomes. You will establish operating structures, build trusted executive relationships, and align business objectives with technology solutions.

You will guide cross-functional teams, manage risk and quality, and advance your leadership and network within EY’s global, diverse environment. This role requires travel and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required, master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP experience; 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong program structuring, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel willingness: 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and objective achievement.
• Develop resource plans and budgets, manage engagement economics.
