EY is seeking a Delivery Lead/Senior Manager to oversee large SAP implementations, shaping delivery structures and ensuring outcomes for clients and EY. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage senior client relationships, and drive accountability and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

You will lead complex programs, balance budgets and resources, and apply both Agile and Waterfall approaches to ensure successful deployments across Consumer, Manufacturing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across Consumer/Manufacturing/Tech/Industrial sectors.
• Hybrid and waterfall delivery experience.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and achieving objectives.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, and manage engagement economics.
