The role focuses on SAP-based demand forecasting, order processing, and shipping coordination, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and collaboration with Sales.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in manufacturing customer service, SAP experience, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience using SAP for sales-order processing, demand management, forecasting, or related functions.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data-handling skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer demand forecasts in SAP.
• Process orders and coordinate shipments and RMAs.
• Generate invoices and monitor payments before shipment.
• Support Sales Team and respond to customer inquiries.
