Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment required.
• No relocation is offered; must reside within 75-mile radius of Arden, NC.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.
• Preferred: degree in business or technical field; knowledge of SAP, Vista, AS400, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains communication with customers and informs other departments.
• Plans and schedules manufacturing workload by coordinating customer needs and plant capacity.
• Monitors and communicates order status and shipping projections to ensure on-time performance.
• Manages order entry, flow, scheduling, shipping and invoicing; processes change notices.
• Provides guidance to other functions to support total quality at the plant.
• Coordinates and conducts customer visits and inspections as required.
