Job summary

SAP SE seeks a Senior Technical Service Manager to lead technical delivery for SAP GCO engagements with North America customers. You will own complex landscape changes, coordinate SAP delivery experts, and ensure high-quality service throughout the customer lifecycle.

You will leverage deep SAP knowledge, cloud solutions, and strong PM and communication skills to drive successful outcomes and customer satisfaction. This is a customer-facing, regional role within the GCO North America team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Management.
• High proficiency in SAP product portfolio, offerings and industry solutions.
• Strong technical project management skills and customer-facing experience.
• Able to translate between technical and non-technical audiences with confidence.
• Strong engagement management and de-escalation skills.
• Excellent presentation, communication and moderation skills.
• Good understanding of SAP solutions and cloud interdependencies.
• Knowledge of at least one hyperscale cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Willingness to travel for customer-related needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical and delivery advisor for SAP GCO engagements.
• Own and orchestrate technical discussions with customers and SAP delivery teams.
• Lead annual/monthly technical and operational reviews of cloud architecture and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with Account and TechOps teams to execute service delivery plans.
• Develop customer-specific cloud roadmaps covering infrastructure, security and integrations.
• Guide customers on security, continuity, networks, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with partners and SAP Services for migration roadmaps.
